As you may have seen recently, we announced a fundraising partnership with SYS Group for their clients to invest in the Fund:

We are now seeking further fundraising partnerships for this fund and future funds. We offer a 3% fundraising commission to all brokers and our Fund is fully regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland. Please let me know if you would like to arrange a time to discuss this.

As an introduction to myself, I am not a broker and come from a tax structuring background. Therefore, I am always happy to discuss tax strategies and the utilisation of EIIS with prospective clients. I am a strong believer that EIIS is an under utilised resource in Ireland with the potential for excellent returns.

Our Fund invests in established Irish SMEs with great management teams and take an active role in developing our investee companies to ensure investors’ capital is returned along with the agreed coupon. Each investment is a 4 year period.
